ShareThisThe Alliance for American Manufacturing (AAM) urges President Obama to focus on manufacturing during the State of the Union
In advance of next week’s State of the Union Address, Alliance for American Manufacturing (AAM) Executive Director Scott Paul sent a letter to President Obama urging him to renew and expand his focus on rebuilding U.S. manufacturing.
In his letter, Paul praised the administration for its recent efforts to strengthen America’s manufacturing base, but reminded the president that we still have a long way to go. He urged President Obama to adopt a more comprehensive vision, as American manufacturing continues to face enormous challenges.
Paul also included a list of important policy measures that he hopes the administration will take into considering during the State of the Union and well into the future.
