Encouraging
Not only is it encouraging to see two men who are unwilling to uncompromise on a personal level to change who they are, but to stick to their convictions of employment within this country and to go above and beyond in providing service to their employees which they may not otherwise be able to do if working 9-5 gig.
I'm a true believer in the furniture industry and in the American furniture industry in general and think with organizations managed like this, nothing but positive can arise in a once thought dying trade.
