ShareThisObama to talk manufacturing at Washington State Boeing plant
President Obama will be appear at a Boeing assembly plant in Washington state today to outline new steps his administration plans to take in order to boost American manufacturing.
According to the Associated Press, “Facing re-election, Obama has pointed to a decline in unemployment and touted a recent boost in manufacturing jobs as an indicator of an economy on the mend.”
The president isn’t the only White House contender focused on manufacturing: Many of the GOP hopefuls have been talking up the job-creating power of our industrial base.
