The New Congress Talks Manufacturing, Jobs and Trade

A brand new Congress has ascended upon Capitol Hill, and we've got an inside look at what they're proposing for manufacturing, jobs and trade in the new year. And while new House Republicans are hoping to undo what Obama has already done, jobs and the economy should be the top priority for both parties.
