As I have stated many times
As I have stated many times over the past few years on my blog site - www.ProudlymadeinAmerica.com - China is not a good world citizen. China is just like most other countries and will do what is best for themself regardless of what their policies do to the rest of the world.
China has put themself in a tricky spot. They rely on the U.S. and the rest of the world to buy lots of their stuff. Yet China's economic and manufacturing policies have started to weaken the economies of the countries that they are trying to sell to. That is the only reason why they are starting to encourage domestic demand for their products.
