China Says 'I Love U' with Toxic Lead

No surprise here-- yet another toxic toy from China...
The California-based Center for Environmental Health (CEH) found toxic levels of lead in Target's Valentine's Day Message Bears. The bears come in two varieties and carry messages of either "XOXO" or "I Love U."
The bears were manufactured in China.
