The Alliance for American Manufacturing (AAM) was founded in 2007 by leading domestic manufacturers and the United Steelworkers, North America’s largest industrial union, with a clear mission: strengthen American manufacturing through smart public policies.
Manufacturing gained 30,000 jobs in July. The sector is now up 41,000 jobs from pre-pandemic jobs levels.
