Gallagher Guitar Company

Gallagher Guitar Company has crafted thousands of string instruments for bluegrass, country and folk musicians from its Tennessee shop since its founding in 1965, but was forced to close in 2019. A boost from the University of Tennessee Center for Industrial Services gave the family-owned company an encore as a thriving business that’s still going strong.
