The brand specializes in making shot glasses with objects embedded into the side, and clientele includes everyone from the FBI to the NHL. Of note: BenShot won a four-year legal battle in October against a company that made a similarly designed shot glass in China and advertised it as Made in the USA. The jury awarded BenShot $3 million in damages.
