Mr. De Boef is the Government Affairs Manager for the Alliance for American Manufacturing (AAM).
Before joining AAM, Mr. De Boef worked as a federal consultant at ICF international. He consulted on a wide range of economic issues, as well as general regulatory support for various government agencies on a broad range of issues, including infrastructure, transportation, trade, climate change, labor, health equity, and agriculture. Prior to ICF, Mr. De Boef worked at AAM as a Public Policy Intern.
Mr. De Boef earned a B.S. in Political Science from the Pennsylvania State University.
